• We will NEVER sell or exchange users' names or e-mail addresses to any other party or organization, without the explicit permission of the user.
• We strongly support Internet privacy and oppose email spam. We require all our clients to sign a contract agreeing not to send unsolicited mass email to promote any of their endeavors.We reserve the right to interpret whether activities constitute spamming. If we determine that there is spamming, we reserve the right to terminate services without advance notice and without refund of any fees paid.
• We require that our clients abide by all copyright, obscenity, and other laws governing content of publications in the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• We strive to do everything we can to protect the privacy of our users. Please feel free to share any comments and concerns with us. We will be sure to address them.

Anti-Spam Measures
We have developed technology to keep our users from being exposed to unsolicited commercial messages (spam). Look.Net uses a open spam detector (the MAPS services) that recognizes spam sources and blocks them from being delivered. This can occassionally reject legitimate mail that may happen to be coming from a compromised mail server. This is ufortunate, but unavoidable.

We also have implemented technology to protect users' e-mail addresses from being downloaded by mass mailers. The privacy of our subscribers is tightly guarded at Look.Net.
